Extension is expanding its online education and resources while in-person events and classes are canceled.

  • State Fair cancellation
Extension is creating alternate experiences for 4-He'rs and others. "It won’t replace the Fair but we are committed to meaningful programming," says Dean Durgan.
  • Animal ID and Winona County Fair Registration Information
All of your Animal ID and FairEntry registration information and resources in one spot! The deadline for both Animal ID in 4-H Online and FairEntry registration is June 1st!
  • Livestock Quality Assurance Training Certification
If you plan to show livestock at the county fair this year, please register for an LQA face-to-face training offered at various locations throughout Minnesota (most cost $5 but is up to individual training sites). Training completion is valid for 3 fair seasons. A NEW and alternative option is to complete YQCA online which is valid for only 1 fair season and costs $12. Please review your 4HOnline account and verify that your Quality Assurance certification is still valid.
  • Join a Project Development Committee!
Consider joining a Project Development Committee(PDC)! Are you interested helping in a livestock or general project area?
