Annual Volunteer Training

The theme for the 2018-2019 Fall Volunteer Training is ‘4-H Grows Relationships’. The training activities are designed to help youth and adult volunteers discover the powerful things that can happen when youth are in a positive relationship with caring adults; it will ready adult and youth volunteers to connect to young people in meaningful ways and help them to develop a plan to improve relationship building skills.

The statewide annual volunteer training is for all    4-H youth and adult volunteers in clubs and county or tribal groups and programs, including committees, Federations, and Leader’s Councils.  Each group should bring a team of youth and adult volunteers to start planning ways to deepen relationship-building with 4-H’ers.
