    Andrea Ruesch Scholarship applications are now being accepted
    The family of Andrea Ruesch established a 4-H scholarship in memory of her dedication and contributions to the Minnesota 4-H program. Based on the family's belief in positive youth development, the focus of this scholarship is on demonstrated learning through hands-on experience and using what you have learned to help others (youth leadership). This is a one-time $1,000 scholarship and at least four scholarships will be awarded annually. Due date: Application must be postmarked by March 2, 2020

    2019 Achievement Banquet
    The records are done, now it is time for the 2019 Achievement Banquet! This year it is hosted by the Indian Lake Progressives. It will be held in the Brewster Legion (825 3rd Ave, Brewster, MN 56119) on November 16 at 6:00 pm. This is open to all enrolled 4-H'ers and parents.
    November Advisory Board & Federation meeting
    The November Advisory Board & Federation meeting will take place on Monday, November 18 in the Farmers Room!
    Nobles County Co-Op Swine Project
    Want to show pigs at the fair, but aren't sure how to get into the project?
    Apply to represent Minnesota 4-H at the National 4-H Conference!
    Apply by Nov. 15 to be one of Minnesota's delegates to the National 4-H Conference, March 28 - April 2, 2020! This is a fantastic experience open to sophomores and above.
    BLU registration opens Nov. 1
    Registration for the 2020 Building Leadership and Understanding (BLU) regional leadership workshops will open Nov. 1. BLU is open to youth in grades six and up. Five BLUs will be held at locations across the state - registration deadlines vary by location. Meet youth from across the region and build leadership skills at this event!
    Visit Washington, D.C. with Minnesota 4-H
    Minnesota youth in grades 9-13 - Travel to Washington, D.C. this summer to visit our nation's capital and learn more about civic engagement at the national level! Watch our website after Nov. 1 for more details - registration will close on Dec. 10 and space is limited.
