2020 Animal Information

The Minnesota 4-H animal identification deadline has been extended to June 1, 2020.  Please review the species specific information, ID requirements and 4HOnline guide below.

The Extension Office is currently closed to the public and therefore families are unable to stop in to pick up needed ear tags.  If you need ear tags, please complete the 4-H Family Tag Request Form by May 8th.  Ear tag distribution will be on Tuesday, May 12th from 1:00-4:00.  This will be a curbside pick-up in front of the Mille Lacs County Historic Courthouse.  If you are unable to make the pick-up date, please reach out to the Extension Office ASAP (320-983-8317).

LQA&E: If a 4-H youth requires a livestock quality assurance certification this year, we suggest Youth for Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) online training.
