Save the date - SW winter project leader training, February 1

Refresh your green spirit, gather new ideas, and harvest the rewards of networking with fellow SW Region 4-H Volunteers.

  • WHAT: An exciting adult volunteer day set to coincide with the SW BLU.  This leadership workshop will feature general leadership and project leader resources, volunteer discussion, curriculum showcase, and networking for all in attendance.
  • WHO: Any 4-H adult volunteer from the Southwest Region
  • WHENSaturday, February 1; 9:30 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
  • WHERE: Student center - Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU), Marshall
  • COST:  $30 – covers all meals, activities, and supplies.  Please inquire with your county 4-H office about scholarships that may be available.
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE: noon on Friday, January 17; a minimum of 10 participants is needed.  Register online at or contact your local county office.
