***Please note the date change from May 16th to June 2nd due to COVID-19***

Below you will find the following items attached:

The Premium Book: This document lays out all policies, and activities relating to 4-H at the Goodhue County Fair. It is your responsibility to know the rules pertaining to your project areas! This document is printed hard copy, one per family, and is distributed to Club Leaders to hand out at the April and May club meetings.

"What's Changed This Year": This document gives the quick run down of major changes in the premium book from the previous year. Please note that this is not an all inclusive list, but simply the biggest changes that may affect your county fair experience. Please make sure you are familiar with the premium book!

FairEntry Registration Instructions: This document will guide you through the registration process. This document is also distributed with the premium books through the club leaders. If you have questions or struggle with the registration process at all, please feel free to contact Aly with questions (651-385-3100 or schw1348@umn.edu)

Family Letter: This letter is also distributed hard copy with the premium books through the club leaders. This explains in a little more detail what the registration process might entail, and where certain parts of the registration software might trip you up.

If you find that you have missed one of the deadlines (June 1st, July 8th etc) - you do have the option of utilizing a One Time Exemption. You can find more information about that HERE. Please note that you must contact staff in order to utilize this, and there are some restrictions to utilizing the exemption when it comes to missed livestock deadlines.
