4-H Exhibit Registration Open Now

Exhibit registration will again be online using FairEntry.  Instead of submitting a paper copy, you are encouraged to register exhibits online.  The FairEntry online website opened June 2 and we encourage everyone to give it a try and enter their exhibits for summer judging on or before July 15.  

Before you register:

  • You must be actively enrolled in 4-HOnline at (keep your username handy for FairEntry registration, it's the same.)

This link will take you directly to the Douglas County FairEntry website  Sign-in using your 4-H Online username and password.  

  • A FairEntry Quick Start handout is found below with step by step instruction.  It is strongly suggested you print this handout and reference it as you register.  This should be a very helpful tool to navigate you through the screens.
  • You should also see a link below to the Douglas County 4-H Premium Book.  4-H families were mailed their 4-H Premium Book mid-May.  All exhibits must be registered online or paper copy submitted to the Extension Office no later than Wednesday, July 15.  Please plan ahead if you will be gone or on vacation around the July 15 deadline.  Failure to meet this deadline will result in exhibition for blue, red and white placings only (no champion or reserve champion.  For more information about a one-time exemption, contact the office for details and eligibility or email an Extension Educator (Jodi at or Jackie at  
  • Club leaders will register club exhibits on paper forms mailed to them (please do not list club exhibits under individual club members name.)  Please complete this form and return to the Extension Office on or before Wednesday, July 15.
