Take part in the 2020 Chisago County 4-H Food Show!

This is a great event for youth who are interested in food and nutrition to showcase their projects. Exhibits that are displayed and judged here count towards Premiums for the 2020 County Fair and in some cases can qualify you for the 2020 State Fair (6th grade and above in select classes).

CHANGES FOR 2020

Due to COVID-19 impacts, we will be providing alternative formats to provide 4-H'ers with a project learning and judging experience. 

OPTION 1 - Video recorded responses (preferred)

  • Answer the provided questions below as you share about your food project.
  • Record your video using the Flipgrid Food Show page.
  • Information to access the Flipgrid page is available below and will be sent after you have registered for the Food Show.

 

OPTION 2 - Written/typed responses

  • Answer the provided questions below as you share about your food project. Include a photo of your food, display and recipe.
  • Be creative in how you share (create a document or presentation - view our samples). Email your responses to jeremyf@umn.edu. 
  • Please submit a separate email for each entry with the name of the entry in the subject line (example, Subject: Quick bread entry for Jack Clover)

Materials must be submitted to the Extension Office by the end of the day April 25.
