Reminder about 4-H club meeting protocol
It is exciting to see our 4-H Clubs meeting face to face! As a reminder, in order to meet, the Extension Office needs the following information: date, time, location, size of location for social distancing for your club meeting. The Extension Office needs to complete an exemption form BEFORE your club can meet. If there is a change in your meeting , please let Suzanne know as soon as possible, as this will need to be updated. During these times, it is crucial that the communication stays open between clubs and the Extension Office. Thank you for your cooperation!
